Grilling an Elf / Shad
- +- a 2 kg fish
- 1x lemon
- 2x tb spoons olive oil
- A dash of white wine
- Feta cheese
- Fresh corriander
- 5x tb spoons of passion and imagination…..hahahahaha
Score it to the bone 3 times, put salt and pepper mix in the cuts, place fish back in fridge until cooking time
Take backing tray, place some olive oil on the base of the tray and place the fish on it. Pour the mix over the fish and crumble the feta cheese over the fish and place the fresh slightly chopped coriander on top.
Place fish in oven at around 180 degrees when the feta is golden brown the fish should be done too.
